What shipping methods are available?

How much is delivery?
Delivery is 5$ in the Niagara region for orders under $75. Orders $75+ include free local delivery to our delivery zone.
How long will it take for my juice to arrive?
To ensure freshness we press all our loving customers juice, the same day they are delivered. Delivery occurs 7-days a week between 2-7pm EST.
Can I buy your juice and have it delivered the same day?
Absolutely! For same day order + delivery, please place your order by 2:00pm and we will happily deliver your juice by 7:00pm that same day!
Do you ship outside of Ontario, Canada?
Currently Rainbow Juices only offers local delivery within the Niagara region.
How soon can I receive my order?
Give us a call or email and if we have availability we definitely can make something work the day of ordering.

Is it safe to buy online?
Yes it is. At Rainbow Juices the security of our customers personal data is the top priority when it comes to online transactions. When an order is placed through our secure, online juice shop all credit card and payment data becomes encrypted. Any personal information is also hidden and protected using the internet standard SSL Certificates to ensure your data remains safe. The payment information is then encrypted and stored with our credit card processor.

Can I change an order once placed?
To change an order that has been already placed please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist and get you the right Juices!
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed Rainbow Juices will update you via email your order status, so whether it has been “Received” or “Out for delivery” Rainbow Juices provides tracking every step of the way!
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed the same day before 2:00pm will be delivered the same day between 2-7:00pm. Orders placed in advance will be delivered on their selected delivery date between 2-7:00pm.
